Return Policy – Size Exchanges within 2 Days

At #IAM, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to exchange your purchase within 2 days, but please note that this policy applies exclusively to size adjustments.

How It Works:

1- Contact Us: If you find that the size of your #IAM product isn’t quite right, please get in touch with our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or phone, and our friendly team will guide you through the exchange process.

2- Item Condition: To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3- Exchange Process: Once we receive your request and verify that the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with instructions for the exchange process. You may be asked to ship the item back to us at your expense, and we will then send you the correct size.

4- Additional Information: Please note that we can only process size exchanges within the 2-day window from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than size-related issues.
